I am from udupi.and happy to see our recipe is so famous. I love hayagreeva .it just tastes divine.
Its a special Prasadam offered to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha in our Madhwa Brahmin community. We add 2 table spoons of roasted khus khus to this dish.it adds a wonderful flavour and crunchy texture. Nicely explained and done Chef.👍👍
