I was born and brought up in Mangalore and don't understand a word of tamil.. Sometimes I feel that if one is open minded towards different languages, one could discover some real gem of recipies.. this is by far the best buns recipie I have encountered online! Thank you very much!🙏

Aloo bonda or urzhai kizhangu bonda doesn't matter. It should be hot + pudhina chuttney, that's what it matters. 😀😀

@Mark Anthony Not only just that. Tradition has its advantages. For example, Marwaris have advantage of knowing money better than most of the rest of us. As he said, food is very important towards Udupi and traditional cooks - Bhats - live with with more cooking talent than most of us, which is why they are generally more adept at it than the rest of us.

Hii sir.. I'm from Mangaluru but basically I'm from Coimbatore. what u said is 200% correct.. we frequently do this starters and its my fav too.. Krishna temple is famous in South Karnataka. Please do visit sir😍💗 love you to the core. Ur the cooking guru for me.
