Yes he is a mother for me bcoz I lost my mother 3 years back due to cancer .... and same time I hav infant in my hand ... I'don know anything about cooking .. but i learned everything from him only now am able to cook like my amma. ❤ Thank u for your teaching efforts ..

Lovely. Actually, i first ate this thattai when i was in Johore in Malaya. It then cost five cents. The groundnuts embedded in the Thattai added flavor as well as taste. After we came to India in 1958, i am hearing this name first time. Thank you very much SIR!

I tried it ,Chef .It came out well simply crunchy 😋. I didn't really expect this sought of outcome .I thought it's awkward to make thattai but your guidance made it easy .My family appreciated me a lot ... Thank you soo much

I made thattai after seeing your video. It was awesome. My husband and dàughters said it was awesome. Vashitar vaayaal brahmarishi pattam. My younger daughter had it as dahi pappdi chat. Thank you so much sir.

Sir, my kids used to eat samosa that too only the corners not the stuffing when we buy from outside. I was reminded of this recipe and thought would make at home only. Followed your recipe steps it came out well.. I tried only with one cup flour .. and reduced the spice level.. it did not consume much oil.. it was good and kids liked it.. thanks a lot sir..
