Dry chilli Seeragam Oru moodi thengai Turn of flame Turmeric Degi mirichi powder Salt Oil again Milagai Ulutham parupu Cashew Curry leaves Fine chopped small onion Grind the roster ingredients into coarse paste Add methi Green chilli Add the coarse paste Tamarind water 1/2 tbsp sugar Add rice mix thoroughly enjoy

Prepared this today chef. The result was out of the world. Nothing can equate to the taste of this rice. The blend of mild bitter taste of fenugreek leaves and masala from rice is beautiful and so aromatic. That sugar at the end of the preparation altered the taste of the dish marvelously by balancing every other taste. Simply superb. Thanks a ton🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

Sir Everybody cook and are well versed in their own way.But the nuances of each receipe to enhance the flavour is the trick of the cook who will not share to others. But you honestly enter every kitchen by your speech and method and teach like a mom teach her daughter to excel in her in law house to get the utmost praise. You are so transperant in teaching the nuances of getting the perfect taste and it's so difficult to speak and cook in which you exceptianally excel due to which you are such a cutie pie who had taken a strong place in every one's heart who watch your program.I am sure that the entire followers accept the same.Hat'soff to you.

Tried it today and it was the tastiest mixed rice I have ever had. Not a bit of bitterness. Thank you so much. (I added brown sugar instead of white sugar.) And, you were right. Tamarind rice is nothing in taste when compared to this. I know I will be making it again and again. Next time will try to add some additional veggies as you suggested. You are a wonderful and generous teacher Venkatesh-ji.

Good afternoon sir, here in Pune, i make methi parata only ...this recipe seems to be interesting n yummy ..will surely try ..i too add ghee in my cooking...since decades, v r using only Idayam oil for regular cooking itself ..and ground nut oil for frying...after mantr was introduced..switched to this ..thank u sir...
