I hav tried your pongal, bisibelebath, upma and many others too.. I got it v perfectly sir.. My 20 year old son told, amma u hav started cooking only for last few months.. Venkatesh bhat ji, whenever I cook ur dishes, both my kids say vera level cooking, then immediately they ask if it's bhat sir's recipe, tnx a lot, bcoz I like cooking, u made me admire cooking bcoz of u and mainly bcoz of ur wonderful lively comments, hats off to ur teaching style. U should admire your cooking, which would reflect in the taste, that's what I learnt from you, I never deviate from the measurements u say, my son made gulab jamun following ur instructions, out of the world as u say, I salute ur dedication and admiration towards cooking, we are ur great fans, and we admire the way u enjoy in cook with comali sir. Sir I made ponnangannikeerai thokku ,( inspired by Sangeetha at Trichy,) with gingelly oil. Mixed with rice n ghee. Was awesome. First I avoided eating it,thinking it to be usualgongura, but the server insisted me to taste it with ghee n told me the benefits of the keerai. It was excellent.. He gave me a small quantity to taste at home 😀He was an the inspiration. Don't know his name! Your maangai coriander rice reminds me of it
