This recipe took me back to my childhood when my appa used to take us kids to a Brahmin hotel and buy this badam halwa. I never read anything that said they tried this recipe. I tried this recipe , followed everything but I overcooked it as I was looking for the stickiness that Mr. Bhat was referring to. So instead of I made Garfield. Tasted fantastic. I always do this overcooking whenever I make any halwas for the first time. The second time, it gets better. I am glad I was inspired to make this halwa watching the video. I don’t give up, so would be trying again.

Made this 5 times already..... my 10 yr son keeps asking it all the time. This is favorite desert. Ice creams, cheesecakes and churros are all secondary now. Venkatesh Sir, Rombha thanks.
