To be Frank , I dont even know how to properly cook Appalam.but after seeing Bhat sir channel , Now I can cook upto good Puli kulambu and many more dishes , I never investigated anything. Will play the video , will use the quantity as per Sir instructions tats it.. not more or less. I will get extra ordinary outcome. Many dishes I tried based on sir instructions. I made my family happy with the taste. But the sad Part is , sir video is getting very minimal views. If anyone is interested in cooking , no need to join any course. Instead watching Sir videos will be more enough.. but here the real talent is not getting appreciated and real teaching is not getting exposed that much. The Position , Sir holds now is very high , but he came down and he wanted to share all his experience to every one. This is really amazing attitude. As a Fan its our duty to share his knowledge across every where... and we should make his effort and make his channel Proud.

Instead of drumstick, you can use aatu kaal and make paya nu indirecta sollitu poittar thalivaru.... 😍👌

Masala paste you made is used in essence dosai in salem. I have tried this dish with drumstick, brinjal and potato. It came out well. Usually I make masala paste without cashew and pudina. By adding the two ingredients the dish became yummy. Thank you!
