Hey Bhat, I tried this at home. It came out good. But I noticed that it breaks to powder when we try eating. I thing there should a process for it to bind . Can you suggest something? Do you think I should mix the powder with hot water instead of cold water.

Not actually. Usually chefs don't cook at home often. Instead whoever cooks at home are expected to cook perfectly. Variety of dishes are also expected as they are exposed to different cuisines. My dad was a chef and he cooks rarely at home, often he finds the food at home appetizing.
