Excellent sir and clearly explained. Sir like today, the ingredients and measurements display may please e posted. Thank you sir and my Namaskarams to your father also. I am also from hotel family and I know how he struggled in the past. Today gas is available but those all hotels used woodens only. I had seen my grandfather used woodens and suffered a lot. We won't forget their hardwork always.

Forgot to mention - Pranam to SrBhat ( your dad ) for simple yet superb and powerful recipe and guiding you and us subtle things like substituting vanaspathi with ghee ( as it is good for health ) . Your recipes are great esp during this lockdown period as we are stuck at home and missing restaurant food. Cant wait for Durga restaurant to be reopened so I can come when I visit India. Dominoes might not serve good quality cheese but dalda is a hydrogenated fat which is not good for health. Restaurants used to use it because it was cheaper and provided good flavor. At the end of the day, both are businesses that want you to keep coming back for more.
