@@nanisan6312 I dunno, it's weird because I don't quite know how Symbiotes reproduce down to the finest detail, but it kind of seemed like Venom's personality shifted due to the drastic lifestyle change he had to adapt to. Since they seem to be an invasion type species that searches for new planets to inhabit (or destroy?), they likely don't stay in one area for very long and assimilate hosts as need be but don't intend to keep them for long (long as the host could normally live anyway). So all the built up anger and impatience he had seemed to bleed into Carnage. That being said, the voice is different and Venom himself seems quite different too. Yes Venom admitted there was a very small chance of beating Riot in the first movie, but he didn't really hesitate in the end to help Eddie fight him. Eddie literally had to bribe Venom with a lie to fight Carnage.

Nobody cares about that fact unless they actively have DID, and if they do, they already knew that. This movie was just ok. Should have been rated R from the get go. Venom should have been more menacing. It relied on humor too much, in my opinion, it seemed like it was trying to be Thor Ragnarok.

They stayed coordinated, adapted to different methods, kept each other updated on what they were doing and where they saw him. It made the fight feel powerful for the hero while still effective by having the enemy put up a fight.

@@YesmanNoman The first step before SWAT would ever go in is to set up a perimeter. SWAT isn't sitting around the precinct with all their gear ready to roll out at any one moment. SWAT members are regular patrol officers 99% of their time on duty, and get called in when dealing with a SWAT level contained threat. The first thing police do when performing an organized target building breech and sweep is setup a perimeter in order to contain the threat. The breech and sweep is useless if the target just sneaks out the back door.

This is how eddie and the symbiote are in the comics. A mutual understanding and biological bond that can only be broken if either one of them die. If one dies, so does the other. But as always, it’s not as simple as that. If the symbiote is still attached to its host when they die, the symbiote will die. The only way to avoid this is by immediately leaving the host body before they die and attaching itself to a new host. The symbiote has been with multiple hosts. However, the venom symbiote has proven that it will jump out of a host without a second thought if it has a chance to get back to Eddie Brock (or peter parker for that matter). But it can’t take anyone as it’s host. The host has to be biologically compatible otherwise, the host will die when the symbiote attaches to them

I like this kind of Venom and Eddie a lot. Despite my attachment to the comics. Eddie in the comics is a bit sarcastic sometimes and _can_ be funny, but he's mostly spiteful, depressed, and angry. Venom does have a sick sense of humor in the comics, thanks to his previous bond with Spiderman and Deadpool, and taunts his enemies while he fights the same way Spidey does... but in a harsh manner.

frequency isn't high enough, hence why the flashbangs made it shriek, high end sounds like screeching high will cause the symbiote to retreat into the host, such as that plane, or alarms or a large bell.

if you listen closely at 0:47 eddie says "we" and venom answers back confused saying "we?" that was the first time we heard the phrase "we" in this movie and it actually caught venom off gaurd. my theory is that moment venom knew eddie was the perfect host for symbiosis.

Same goes for the SWAT team. They don’t just waste their ammunition the moment Venom shows up. Instead, once the SWAT team realise their guns aren’t affecting Venom, they begin to constantly change up their tactics in an effort to find and identify a weakness that they can exploit.

Find it interesting how the thermal would look realistically. Basically, White = hot Grey = room Black = cold So venom is so cold that his image is entirely black while somehow his eyes and teeth are hot enough to effectively glow in comparison (ya ik he’s black and white anyway but I think that would at least show up different)

The runtime for the first Venom film was 1 hour, 51 minutes. If there were 60 trillion Venom movies this exact length, you would have to spend 6,849,315 MILLENNIUMS STRAIGHT to watch them all. 6.8 MILLION millenniums of Venom. 187,652 generations. Each generation of humans is around 30 years long. You can't even pretend to understand how long that is. Imagine sitting down, watching 60 trillion Venom movies. You can't.

Had he jumped he might not have had to fight SWAT. Venom might have been tactical. Which only makes it make more sense.

I haven't seen a comment for it which is a shame, but can we appreciate the reaction Eddie had? "y-you're sick. Eddie you're really sick" "No, I am scared. and I need help." with the voice getting small and breaking a bit. I feel it's being underappreciated the real feel people would have in this moment. 5:34

It takes them a while to start throwing them but once they throw one, it very obviously seems to do more damage than everything else, so they throw more.

gotta say I actually forgot that Venom sounded like that in the first movie as I easily got used to his more upbeat "lighter" tone in the second movie and as well as his cameo in no way home
