(Me thinking the steps will help me, I live by these steps)Here's how to feel fine in just 5 steps!! Step 1. Repress the feeling, Ignore that it's there, Distract yourself with entertainment Social media, And keep TV on in the background! Even when you're not really watching it just to keep yourself distracted! Step 2! Make sure to never ask for help, After all, why do you deserve the basic human needs that everyone else has? At the end of the day, somebody else is struggling with something worse than you. Step 3! Make sure to help everybody else around you though. Make sure no matter how small their issues are they deserve the help. And rush to them, ask if they need it, And if they ever ask you back make sure to tell them No! I'm good. Seriously! Step 4! Tell people that you're fine I'm good! Really! No problem! Yeah, I'm gonna look fucking fine! Uhm but no, it's not true. I'M OKAY. I'M REALLY OKAY. Keep repeating! Eventually, you're gonna feel better. Step 5. Most important one! Keep being super mean to yourself in the back of your head Tell yourself you might be worthless. Maybe you're broken. Question everything you do! "I can't believe you said that!" "I can't believe you did that!" "I can't believe that you think anyone likes you!" As a matter of fact, you're gonna be just fine if you just keep ignoring it!

You are very special and important. You make a biiiiig impact on this world, even if you don’t see it. You don’t need to know how big impact you make, all you need to know is that you do. You do at least make an impact. A good one. You’re a special one, I can see. You’re all special. Don’t you want to make plans for the future? Live a little? Go for an evening stroll, it will make you feel less terrible. I promise. Love you~

I don’t think I have control over my life anymore, I can’t push people away, I can’t be alone, I can’t have any quiet, I can’t tell my parents my feelings they’ll say there’s nothing wrong with me and the only thing my parents will do is send me to therapy again (I can’t open up she’ll (my therapist) tell my parents or they’ll be there with me) I swore on my life I wasn’t cutting to my mum so that will lose more of my trust with her if I tell her and I don’t want her to be mad.
