Vergnacco/Vrnjak is a completely deserted village hidden in a secluded valley in northern Istria. The desolation and melancholy of the place is lingering throughout its derelict houses, long abandoned and overgrown with vegetation. Up on a hill, the town's church and its cemetery are also slowly decaying into the irreparable oblivion of time.
