I like the Perry Home model more. The larger courtyard a plus and larger rooms. Obviously, Perry homes give you more luxury (larger price 😄), but the Newark home is nice as well. Thanks for the home comparison tour. Take care!!

That kitchen 🥵🥵🥵 good lawd that’s a beautiful kitchen (Chris Rock voice) 🤣🤣🤣🤣 why did I let this play? 🤦🏽‍♀️ I love all the white and marble, because I hate hardwood floors. I love carpet and marble. That’s house is too big but the kitchen is perfect. If I invited people over they’d ever leave😂😂 ok I’ll continue watching 📺 that kitchen is immaculate! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

What you not gone do Marcus (Cue in Theresa Randall’s voice from Bad Boys talking to Martin as Marcus😂😂)… is try to make me move back to Texas… you hear me 🤔🤨😁🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m single and I don’t drive and Texas is too big. It’s too hot too! How come they can’t build this in the Midwest? Everyone is moving to Texas driving the market up. I don’t want to be in the DFW area. But these are beautiful homes 😊
