Today, I bring you a delicious and very easy-to-make recipe that will be a hit at any birthday party or gathering! Let's make a juicy and incredibly tasty Chocolate Cake with Bechamel and Coconut! 🍰🍫🥥

📝 Ingredients for the cake:
6 large eggs
250 g of sugar
180 g of unleavened T55 wheat flour
125 g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
125 g of melted butter
📝 Ingredients for the filling:
200 ml of bechamel sauce
1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
8 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
80 g of grated dried coconut
Grated dried coconut for sprinkling
🔪 Preparation:
For a bowl, sift the dry ingredients,
the flour,
the baking powder,
and the cocoa powder.
In another bowl, place the cracked eggs,
the sugar,
and the vanilla.
Beat with a mixer on the maximum speed for 8 minutes,
until it becomes a very fluffy cream.
After the time, reduce the machine's speed to the minimum
and gradually add the flour mixture with chocolate
and the butter.
Beat a little more just until the batter is well mixed.
Place the batter in the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and let it bake for 40 minutes.
After the time, remove
and unmold the cake onto a wire rack.
Let the cake cool.
Meanwhile, make the cream.
In a saucepan, put the condensed milk,
the bechamel sauce,
the egg yolks,
and the vanilla extract.
Stir with a spoon
and finally, mix in the 80 g of grated dried coconut.
Heat gently and stir until the cream thickens, without boiling.
Remove from the heat and stir occasionally until the cream cools.
Once the cake and the cream are cold, cut the cake in half.
Place one of the halves on a serving plate
and cover with half of the filling.
Spread it well
and place the other cake half on top.
Cover the cake with the remaining filling.
Finally, sprinkle with grated dried coconut to taste
and it's ready to serve.
This cake should not be stored in the refrigerator to avoid drying out.
