Ingredients:
400 g cream, 33% fat
250 g Greek yogurt
4 tbsp. l. with a good top of powdered sugar or to taste
For a Greek yogurt substitute:
1 liter of kefir or yogurt
👉 NOTE:
Greek yogurt can be replaced with kefir or yogurt. If you freeze kefir or yogurt, and then put it on cheesecloth, folded in 3-4 layers and placed in a colander, and leave for 12 hours, then after 12 hours all the liquid from yogurt or yogurt will flow out, and the remaining mass will very much resemble Greek yogurt. Instead of kefir or yogurt, you can take ordinary yogurt, but in this case, without freezing it, put it on a dense natural fabric (cotton, linen), placed in a colander, and leave for several hours.
