Fenugreek seeds 1/4 spoon

Cashew nuts handful
Jeera 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves few

Sir, v were using groundnut oil only. From past two years, we have completely shifted to coconut oil, it is good for health. After seeing this thondeykkai Palma , certainly v give a try.
