yes it was time to update the old XL, which cant compete anymore nowadays, as the old sip road 2.
its a fair package, comes with 2 connectors for temperatur and lamdbda, tight viton connector, one spring hook. and it fits PERFECT! a lot of tolerance, to easy mount it.
2 but´s:
1) sound is ok, not as nice as the old XL, but a bit on the loud side for my ear.
but not as nice as the megadella compact L, it definitely sounds the best.
2) manifold is surprisingly a bit low. +2cm to the bgm bbs issue BUT also 3,5cm more on the outside. body/manifold is fine, its in the middle of th ebody, it seems the body is hanging a bit low, so that there are 5cm air between manifold and footboard, which could have been used for the additional 2-3cm which would put you on the safer not scratching side. (esp as the manifold is quite outside. (4.5cm more outside than the compact L)
