Recently I changed the belt and rollers on my Scarabeo 500 GT. I didn't know then that the rollers could be directional. Now I'll need to remove the variator and make sure they're correctly oriented. I'm new to this scooter stuff and vids like this give me the information I need to help me keep this great scooter running smoothly.

Thanks for the video! I just buy a used 07 Piaggio MP3 250IE I changing out all oil to it & need check belt & rollers next! The first owner told me he unhook one of sensor inside go to tilt lock i trying find out what is that?

Is the 46mm nut on the clutch to change the spring on the 350 the same size as on the 300 thanks .

Hi Vespa Motorsport, I need your help urgently. I recently did my belt change with the roller weights at my local piaggio dealer for my x10. For some reason, whenever my bike idles, it has rattling noise coming from the variator bit. I tried sending it back to the dealer, but they failed to solve the issue 4 times. Does x10 has washer on the variator too? Regards

hello, this morning I noticed a very small loss of coolant leaking to the ground .. looking below, I notice that the leak comes from above the manifold of the muffler (we are talking about dep beverly 350) what should i start checking? the moped has 30,000km and has never changed the water pump or replaced the liquid inside Thanks for the attention

Where do the clutch springs go. You show them packaged at the beginning, malossi 2915398, but not where and how they installed. (I just brought the big kit you showed and the small clutch spring kit to a dealer for installation and when I got home I found they never opened the small clutch springs).

For this scooter. It dont take springs. It's a wet clutch

Ciao Beverly 350 e simili con frizione multidisco, se si rompe la cinghia possono anche bloccare la ruota posteriore cone su quelli con frzione ceppi? Che si blocca la campana? O non riesce?

Volevo chiederti un aiuto ho il beverly 350 anno 2013 ho rifatto tutto il motore completo come gruppo tecnico guarnizioni ecc pompa acqua nuova ecc.. dopo averle fatto spurgo liquido refrigerante... percorsi circa 40km tutto perfetto...ad un certo punto mi esce fuori da tappo di scarico liquido refrigerante liquido da li non posso capire il perché...il livello era perfetto

You don't need one. Just use a normal wrench to unscrew and a wrench + torque wrench to tighten up. What you need is the locking tool (see 14:07). That is universal.... Have fun and some helping hands

There aren't any, as this has a wet clutch housed in the final drive.

We would suggest referring to the factory warranty paperwork, it should outline aftermarket & performance parts. Every country is different.

Robot, I don't see you installing the little clutch springs! - You say at the beginning that you will install springs and at the end that you installed the medium Springs. Everyone sells them and as far as I can tell nobody has ever installed them. So strange. Where do they even go?

It's a wet clutch. No spring clutch. The clutch is behind the cover by the gears
