I watched one of your videos earlier today and you scuffed up the variator, I've watched probably 60 videos on changing out variators you're the first person I've seen to scuff them up. I took mine off the other day before I seen your video and actually had to scuff mine up because taking out the variator I messed up. Because mine is a Korean scooter. And the nut that attaches the variator is Left-Handed so it's opposite. But I scuffed mine up and it actually made mine feel like my belt got better traction so it's good to see that somebody else is on this.

I don't have an impact wrench and was wondering if I can use the impact driver to put in the big nut between spring and clutch assembly?

sir have a question, i had my stock center springs replaced, from 800rpm to 1000rpm center springs, the stock had the same plastic on top of the spring, when i replaced it with the 1000rpm centee spring, the mechanic didnt put the plastic on the newer spring. is it ok to leave it like that? or does the centerspring need that same plastic installed ? hope i can get a reply from you thanks

Good evening Robot can u help me explain why my rear wheel have tiktik sound when after a few miles running.. when i made it full stand then turn free wheeling the tire the tiktik sound is not audible..

I have a 2003 Piaggio LT50 being offered for a very good price, 4K miles on it. Can i get parts for it. I find so little info about it anywhere. Why get it if i can not get parts? I found cylinder kits and such. I mean fork springs and seals, front wheel bearings, that kind of thing. The stuff most people do not service - The little parts.

With the stiffer spring, we should expect the belt to stay higher in the pulley and improve acceleration?

What we get with a large spring?. Well, large and i think harder than original. I would like reduce the Fuel consumption. I do not mind get out faster, only consumption. Harder, or softer?. Regards.

So I bought this kit, and I installed it three times in a row in order to triple check my work. Every time it causes belt slap and the scooter makes a terrible racket when accelerating. Any suggestions on that? I really want the performance but I had to go back to stock before my belt destroyed its self.

Did you drain the oil before opening the case ?

I had to use a small chisel and big hammer to undo that top nut, impossible with an Extension Bar and socket...means i had to buy a new nut

In gearless scooters, should we apply little bit of grease on round shaped rollers and roller-grooves in variator for smooth spinning of rollers in variator? Or will it make more issues after some time like dust deposit, sides of rollers get flat faster, vibrations will increase etc ? Please tell what should we do with proper reason.

now I know for sure hes not a professional/ 2 things. 2- YOU NEVER turn the variator backwards. screws up the timing chain. and 2 you always grease the inner part of the boss pin before it slides on the crank post. failed.
