Oh no! I'd recommend tapping it down with a thick duct tape or wiping it down with Bitter Apply spray or some deterrent.

Slide a length of PVC pipe over it, cut to size and plug it in. Blammo, problem eliminated.

We're not lazy. :) We're tech-savvy, time-efficient cat lovers. :)

"Review /noun/: A report on or critical evaluation of a subject or past events" The first "review" video is you unboxing this litter box and the above "review" video is you telling us how it's supposed to work and that you Plan to replace one of your old litter boxes with this one. How did that work out?... as for as the video is concerned, We don't know. Where was the Critical Evaluation? You provided No info about how your cats responded to it, you provided no first hand information on how it actually works (not how the instructions say it's supposed to work, but real firsthand knowledge). You gave us your credentials, you are a top tier pet professional. But you gave us no firsthand opinions (i.e. review) about this litter box. I basically got the same information form the manufacturer's video as I did form this. These two videos were clickbait, or in other words, the titles did not match the content of the videos.

Justine Lee You didn’t do what your clickbait title said you did and you got all defensive when you got called out on it. You tried to maximize clicks and views by spreading your review over multiple videos and as a grown adult you gotta know that the way you went about this is pure garbage. Your video isn’t a review it’s an unboxing.

Clumping litter is the preferred litter recommended by veterinary behaviorists to help minimize medical problems!

I'm a minimalist and don't have Alexa, etc. in my house but have to admit, I love this thing! Makes cat life and cat care so much easier, and my cat loves having a super clean box!

If you´re elderly and you have back issues or parkinson´s, you won´t think of it as lazy.

Suki well yes that could be true to some degree but you’ve still got to replace the litter in the machine. And the thing itself is very expensive, $450, probably beyond the budget of most elderly retired people. I think it would be nice if you’re going to leave the cat alone for 2-3 days. But user reviews on them are not that great really, people have lots of problems and breakage.

I have to say, I love mine. I hate cleaning the litter box and it takes the cat smell out of my basement. :) Now we actually spend time in the basement! The footprint of the Litter Robot is actually the same as a regular litter box, but the globe is big. It has to be big enough for a large cat to turn around.

David Church Yeah, it‘s not on the cheap side. I think it makes the job a lot easier, it doesn’t get rid of ALL the work, but most of it. At least the part that is frustrating with a tremor.
