My puppy went into a coma from getting ahold of a negligible number of marijuana butts at someone else’s house. He is 27 lbs and 11 weeks old. There is no way he ate close to what I’m reading/hearing is the minimum fatal dose, yet he was on deaths door in critical condition within 4 hours of ingestion. Thankfully the next town over the vet came in for emergency and had 1 bag of IV lipid emulsion. He came out of it after 45 minutes of infusion and symptoms were mostly gone by the next morning. Marijuana seems to affect different dogs in wildly different ways. Terrifying.
