You would be surprised at the kind of people home health hires. I worked for a company in Memphis for about a month. When I was hired they held up a drug test that they said was clean. I never took one for them and even told them I didn't. They didn't care. When I went to pick up my first check, 80٪ of the others were all on something or had mental problems. Like other places, more money is paid out to administration and they throw crumbs at the workers. That's why you get what you pay for.

She’s been clean for 6 years and got her life together. Why wouldn’t she be allowed to care for someone?

Her character exhibited before the judge exhibits her limits. She definitely should not attend to anyone taking medication.

She shouldn't be. She's an addiction in recovery, dealing with people who have meds around. But that's a job that's hard to staff, as it's low paying. They take who they can get.

They are doing it for ratings. Now, I can’t watch The Peoples Court either while cleaning and my kiddos are around. I have to watch this show on my own time. I quite watching divorce court after Judge Lynn Toler left because they decided to take a turn for the worst with people that are coming to court with their pathetic cases. They are pushing their agenda down our throats really hard! Beware and protect your children.

I know the pain, and hurt that you feel! My son used drugs and alcohol for years. He started methadone, which did help immensely with the drugs, but he just could not overcome his alcohol addiction. He was in and out of many rehabs, and hospitals over the years. January 2017, he got an infection which spread rapidly, and he passed out. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital, but kept getting sicker, and developed sepsis despite being on vast amounts of IV antibiotics. His organs, damaged from years of abuse, could not fight it. He ended up in the ICU for a week, intubated, and sedated. He passed away on February 13, 2017. My heart cannot recover from this!
