Sticky-shed has nothing to do with mold. It's caused by the tape absorbing moisture and becoming sticky, then eventually the magnetic layer starts to flake off the plastic backing. If a tape is shedding, it will most likely clog the heads over and over no matter how many times you clean it.

I see that flaking all the time.. so bad. But as far as sticky “shed goes I suppose this isn’t the case. Def sticking,moldy and shedding. but now it’s safe and transferred! Phew! So happy to have you hang out! Keep ‘em coming.
