Appreciate the love. It’s always a little funnier when you’re going up against the homie. They pitched this to us like it was going to be a lot more commercial, as it was streaming on Machinema at the time etc. If you want more ruthless content, you’ll have to peep my other bar fights. I honestly kept it PG-13. I don’t even think I cussed because it was in my mind going on TV and they don’t know battle rap like that.

VI whole first round was a competitive street fighter scheme and as someone who has been playing fighting games competitively for 12 years, it was perfect from start to finish.

2nd round was a lot closer, Passionate even had Shizzy bobbin along at the end. But that beat was fire as fuck, too, which helped both their verses imo. Shizzy had this the whole way imo, if you factor both rounds in it's not even close.

This was part of a street fighter tournament that happened that weekend ... the VI Charlie bar was a reference to the Character in street fighter alpha that was Guile friend that got killed when a helicopter shot em up... " Fill you up like Charlie when I choose to bang" his whole first joint was all street fighter... the Lupe call out was because lupe fought one of the best street fighter players in the world in an exhibition when the last game came out
