Hey Andy. Great house! I’m certified chimney sweep and I couldn’t help but notice on the drone footage that at least the center chimney is all brick and completely unlined. Regardless, that’ll need addressed. 🎩🔥

Have visited houlton a number of years ago. Been hooked ever since. My favorite is still 32 pleasant, I was there when the market square bldg with the barber shop on first floor was on the market. My financial partner backed out on me, and sudden loss of my job ended the dream before it could begin. Still hoping to get there Andy. Been watching your listings for many years. Don't count me out.

Built to last and by/for a Maine governor. Staircase is something else...tin ceilings, marble not hard on the eyes either.

Why on earth are the owners selling this gorgeous house? The price is a little more than I can afford, but a great price. Were I 30 to 40 years old , I'd find a way. Might have a bit of trouble with my husband. He wants, big land in the boonies! Still hoping we'll see something we can agree on and afford. I'm praying that Lee does not cause too much damage in that part of the country. Stay safe!

It’s back! Recognize this house from awhile ago. It was in rougher shape then. Looks great now. What all the current homeowners have accomplished! Well done. Beautiful. That carriage house was huge (if I’m recalling correctly.) The exterior is quite different now and really pretty.

It is a lovely home a classic wooden home with built in the features. TLC overdue in many areas interior and exterior. . Andrew who tore up the BR on level 2 the Tasmanian Devil? The metal roof is a plus however one of the chimneys is uncapped from your excellent drone footage.

Older homes, a labor of love and owners concentrated on new metal roof, new heating system, updated insulated windows, new tile floor kitchen but kept the butler's pantry, the oak parquet floors, Give the owner time to carefully preserve and improve. This home owner has worked hard and updated the balcony railing, started the provincial blue exterior! Cheer this couple on. 😀
