10 more months til I retire at 30 yrs from this awful shiftwork. Working 7 nights and go in on #3 tonight. Will take a break for 3-6 months, then maybe (at least) go work a normal hour jobs, maybe just part time. This always brings a smile to my face and gives me peace to watch the Victory family. You need a separate van , one of those on your property ,outfit it with all the tools and materials you need for finishing a job , then you don’t need to worry you aren’t missing anything , and keep your truck for sales , have portfolios , samples , and sales materials only . Ryan you should paint All your tools Red or put Red tape for identification. If it’s not painted or taped it gets questioned before it goes onto the truck.

I hope Eric was taking notes on how to clean a jobsite as you go. Ryans jobsites are clean when it is ready for concrete. That is how you get people talking about your work and you can get several jobs out of the deal. Erics jobs still has half of the broken asphalt all over as they are pouring concrete and almost finished with the job.
