They make what's called a "Minimally Expanding" spray foam. If you use it, then you won't have all those air pockets and it will be much stronger.

That video game me so much hope and inspiration and i will make my own!!! you did a great damn job, turned out to be simply amazing, professional work over there! do you think i could ignore the PVA agent and Mold release wax? would there be any issues if i didnt use those? im unable to find them anywhere in my country.

The mold won't separate if you ignore them. Look for a PVA alternative and use normal car wax.

What grit size do you use to sanding before adding fiberglass? Also dies the fiberglass cover the expanding foam holes??

600 before applying the gel coat and fiberglass. Yes it covers the holes.

You can mold it to the bumper if you don't want to make it this way. Check out my DIY Diffuser video.

@@VIK7ORIOS_WORKSHOP Yes I thought I asked because I wanted to build one myself instead of buying the anything from Amazon or eBay I thought building it like how you did it was was really excellent job you did but then I purchased a mustang GT wing spoiler I really love it but it's just slightly 12 in too wide and the length like about 60 but it's low profile so what I was going to do is I was going to cut it and put fiberglass around it and and cut it to 8 in wide with maybe 48 or 53 instead of the 60 with the little profile on it thank you anyways for but you did a wonderful job thank you

so basically whole the process was made to create a mold and then use this mold to make the spoiler we see but the spoiler you made is only fiber glass?

Yes. Having a mold means you can make the spoiler multiple times in case of cracking it, selling it, etc...

Yes. Made my diffuser from fiberglass as well, no issues so far.

@@VIK7ORIOS_WORKSHOP I have a qestoin will a front splitter made the way you made it hold up when you're doing 300km/h + cuz im thinking of trying it out but the one I have in mind will be alot thinner and go more out at the front so I'm just worried that it won't survive that speed

@@armanddutoit3565 I don't think you will have any problems. You can always put some spray foam inside to "reinforce" it.
