Wow! All of this food makes me so hungry. I am 73 years old now. When I was in my early twenties I lived with an Indian family near Kumbakonam South India. As an American it was my first time out of the United States. The family I lived with adopted me as their own member of their family. The food was cooked just the way you are cooking it and was so incredibly good. I have been back to that village several times over the years. All the children grew up calling me Joe mama. I am hoping to make another trip back this coming winter depending on my health. Many of the elders in that village have since passed and others are also getting older like me. Thank you so much for producing this incredible video. I just discovered your channel. My family also taught me how to cook several wonderful items. Village life channel has become one of my favourite channels,no doubt the way this lady cooks food in a purely plastic free environment..
