I feel like the reason you guys do that in America is because the industry highly puts profit before talent yes I understand it's business but the essence of the person gets lost and starts to become a thing not a person🤷 and it's like a stress game to keep that talent of business afloat so much work revolves around that to keep the main man rich and comfortable that the talented gets lost and the person does to because it's all money in the end and that's ultra sad 🤷
