2:00 okay but the $10 binders off of amazon are damaging too so stop pretending like you're an expert??? Also like no actual trans person will get offended when you accidentally misgender them. There's a huge difference between a one time thing when first meeting someone and repeatedly misgendering someone maliciously. Bonus points if they think every religious person hates them. I'm pan and trans and one of my best friends is a mormon who makes gay jokes with me all the time.

Lameashellcosplay and why can't cis people move on with life? Why can't they say "oh trans people exist among us, moving on" instead it is made into a huge topic. The fact that they need to ask a stranger if they are a boy or a girl like.. why can't they move on with life? See? It takes one side to make peace with the idea of living in a diverse world first, so everybody can move on.
@Lameashellcosplay6 жыл бұрын
InternetBae If you're so hung up on one person saying they don't believe in your identify its time to ignore them and move on. If you live your life to gain approval from others, then you're doing life wrong.
@Lameashellcosplay6 жыл бұрын
InternetBae Also "the fact that they need to ask if your a boy or girl" is becoming a normal thing because more people are identifying with being trans. If you misgender them, you offend them, if you ask, you offend them. There's no winning here.

I think it's the fact that saying you "don't look trans" implies that trans people are unattractive and undesirable. The comment can be well-intentioned, yes, but it's still not a very nice thing to say if you think critically about it. Also, I'm guessing a lot of transgender people don't want you to comment on whether they look like a transgender person anyway.

MsMeep74 Correct on the pronouns. I know it might seem hypocritical what they did but it's actually very normal. When people first come out it can sometimes be difficult to automatically use the correct pronouns for themself. Because for the entire life of that person they been called different pronouns so they aren't quite used to the switch immediately. I'm a trans guy and when I first came put my brain wasn't used to my name and pronouns yet caused even though it is who I am other people didn't know that so they were calling me she pronouns and it took a long while for my brain to fully adjust to the change that I could finally use the correct pronouns when referring to myself without fear of outing myself.

Poor cis people, it's simply incredible to see the development in them. The Crow People now live longer now. Kids who are married at young ages are more than likely in forced/ arranged marriages and probably don’t even know what they’re doing/ don’t want to marry. Sure some 12 year olds can be and act smart but that doesnt mean they don’t have anymore growing up to do. Honestly 12 years is still too young an age to understand some big/ hard life choices. The topic at marrying at a young age is irrelevant and doesn’t automatically make a person intelligent/ rational.
@duality16776 жыл бұрын
The Crow 12 is not still considered a reasonable age to marry by any sane or civilized person. This isn’t the 1500s, what kind of drugs are you on? You ever notice the world wide moment specifically dedicated to ending child marriages?
@geodecity76316 жыл бұрын
local trash patrick. because that’s usually the age you start going through puberty and finding out sexuality/gender
@maxwellscott64016 жыл бұрын
I don't think they are all twelve. Eve if they are why should that invalidate their identities? Why is it that people think people can't figure out their sexual or gender identities at that age? Unless that is straight and cisgender, then it's perfectly fine to know.
@nctsgrass6 жыл бұрын
The Crow Are you a time traveller? Instead of talking about what was centuries ago and is considered insane now, just look at the present. The reason why most are just a bunch of kids freshly entering puberty is because that's an age in which you start questioning your identity, your personality, an age in which all the insecurities pop up and in which you are the most sensitive. I think that is enough to explain why most of them are around 12 and little older (or even younger). Also the 12 years old you isn't the adult you. You don't know whether all of them will stay changing their gender everyday like this or not. It could be a phase. Emo are disappearing, teens need something trendy to replace it with (jk don't get offended).
@amberrobertson15476 жыл бұрын
Ok some of these are ok but some people that talk about being misgendered irritate me, why not just politely correct people? DerKraken Actually, transgender citizens do get oppressed. They get abused and bullied. I’m a girl at birth, so I can’t even begin to understand their struggles, but I do know that it’s wrong. Most Insurance companies refuse to help with top/bottom surgery and hormone therapy. Police will force them to show ID when it comes to **using the bathroom**!!! Countless trans people get beaten for no reason other than being who they are. So, no, the protest was for a real cause.
@kai59025 жыл бұрын
DerKraken No, the only opinion a Doctor should have is a medical opinion. It’s not about their beliefs, it’s about doing their job. IDs for the bathroom is NOT safety. It’s a public area. What will the transgenders do?? Pee on the people in there? It’s obvious if someone is acting shady or is in the wrong place as long as you’re paying attention to your surroundings
@kai59025 жыл бұрын
brayscout What’s your definition of oppression?
@kai59025 жыл бұрын
brayscout You don’t have to be dying in order to be oppressed, just like you don’t have to be spat on in order to be victim to racism. I’m not saying this for ‘uwu attention, smol babies!!1!! Dont touch em!1!11!” I’m saying this because I’ve *seen* the kind of stuff that happens to trans kids and adults. It’s horrifying.
@kai59025 жыл бұрын
brayscout Conversion therapy and ‘Queer Shock’ murder cases. I call oppression because I’ve watched my trans friends be harassed in the bathroom by authorities and dragged out by force when all they wanted to do was pee and check their hair. I’m not saying that they have it the worst, I’m saying that it’s still there.

The Crow it's okay for people to identify as whatever gender they want, but when asked what gender they were born as, they should answer truthfully. You never know how knowing a person's gender anatomy may save their life in a medical emergency.

*WHY ARE MOST OF THEM FAT WITH THE SAME HAIRCUT* edit: damn ok a lot of people are angry at me for this. I just want to clarify that I'm not anti-LGBTQ+ at all, in fact, I'm bisexual myself. All I did was point out a common feature of people in this video. I didn't say all LGBTQ+ people are like this (I'm an example of that), and I don't mean any hate. If you got offended by my comment, maybe it's time to lose weight or get a haircut.

I don't want to be cruel....just honest, but everyone one of these people look and act like the type of people who probably have a hard time making friends, and aren't known as being cool. They don't fit into any clicks,and can't figure out how to fit in. This is the only way that they can fight back and try to be someone. It's kind of like the Goth kids back in the day....exact same kind of kids. It's the only way they can feel like they belong. I wonder how many will still feel and act this way in a few years?

I hate it when people will think it's a trend with me... Or they'll say, "How do you know you're bisexual if you're in eighth grade?" First of all, it's been about three going on four years that I ACKNOWLEDGED the fact that I had feelings for girls too. Before that, I'm sure that I had feelings for girls but passed it off as friendly feelings and nothing more. And I never ever say that I'll always identify that way, nor have I always identified in that way. And then there's annoying girls who will say "I was bisexual... Once!" Here's the thing: If you liked a girl or kissed a girl one time, it doesn't make you bisexual! And more importantly, you don't identify in that way, which means I'm not going to say you are! And then there's the bitches who will say they're 100% straight, but get offended when you only ask if they have a boyfriend, and they'll say, "You don't know if I'm straight! Why do assume I only like guys?" But after that, they'll freak out if you ask if they have a boyfriend or girlfriend because you're assuming they're something they aren't. A bunch of my friends are all coming out as bisexual and that now and I'm thinking it's not genuine because it was all at once. Literally within a month, three people had already come out to me as bisexual or pansexual. It was so weird because it was so quick and so many people. At least one of them has got be either lying or jumping on some sort of bandwagon that's formed in my friend group that I don't know anything about. I FORGOT, the BEST thing of all is when someone comes out and inspires you to come out, so you do, and people say you're copying them! BITCH, WHO THE F DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, TO TELL ME THAT I AM ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT I AM? I HAVE TRIED FKING CONVERSION THERAPY ON MYSELF BECAUSE I COULDN'T ACCEPT IT. I TRIED TO GET IT TO LEAVE. AND NOW I DO ACCEPT IT, AND THE FIRST REACTION I GET IS THAT I'M A COPYCAT? F YOU. YOU ACCEPT MY LESBIAN FRIEND WITH OPEN ARMS AND YOU TELL ME I'M GOING THROUGH A PHASE OR THAT I'LL TURN INTO A SLUT BECAUSE I'M BISEXUAL? F ALL OF YOU. F YOU AND YOUR HOMOPHOBIC CHICKEN STRIPS.

I find it funny that they say you shouldn’t make fun of their gender but then make fun of me for being a straight, “cis”, white, female. Just thought that was interesting how they can do what we can’t, I’d call that privilege personally. But hey! What do I know? I’m white and straight! So obviously I should just bow down to their superior knowledge and not question what they can’t even explain to me when I ask a simple question, they just insult me. I will never respect or understand what you can’t even explain to me with basic logic.
