The idea of durian pizza and the image of it conjures two words to mind - hot vomit. The tragic thing with the carolina reaper pepper is that it's super tasty. Hot sauces that include reaper or apollo puree taste super good but are so past unreasonably hot... It's a shame. one issue i have with the dante‘s digiorno: the point of the pizza, i think, is probably to go from least to most spicy. that would make sense if you were eating the pizza whole, like you would a cookie. however, since you are cutting the pizza and probably (hopefully) not eating it crust first, you’d be going from hottest to least hot if you used the displayed order of peppers. the order of the peppers should be swapped so bell is in the center and carolina reaper is on the outside!
