Ingredients -
12-15 Baby Potatoes
3 Medium Size Onions
250 grams Fresh Curd
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tbsp + 1 tsp Biryani Masala
4 tbsp Birasta/Fried Onions
2 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
2 tsp Garlic Paste
As required Water
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamom
8-10 Black Pepper
2 Cloves
3 Green Cardamom
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ Sliced Lemon
40-50 Fresh Mint Leaves
2½ Cup Basmati Rice (Soak it atleast for one hour)
4 tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves
As required Saffron Milk
Serve it hot with Raita
