The BEST natural sweetener imo is a Monk fruit/Allulose blend. It bakes better than just using Allulose. Allulose browns really fast. I have been sugar free for 3 years now and have tried them ALL. lol

@@CoachCathy150 I buy already blended on Amazon. The brand I use is "Impact". It's amazing and you will NEVER need to use sugar ever again. 😁 And although I am not a diabetic it does not impact my glucose.

I'm going to make this but leave out the food coloring. It looks so pretty but I think it will taste just as good without the food coloring.

I was reading that you want to introduce allulous slowly, nausea and diarrhea are side effects of too much too quickly?? Let me know please :)

Zero side effects for us! My husband and I shared this whole thing, so 3 tbsp each. Zero issues and we are both sensitive to things like sugar alcohols for example.
