GREAT HELPFUL VIDEO. No bullshit graphics and crazy music. On some videos you have to really look hard to see the seat, or food, or bed - because some putz thinks he is Spielberg and wants to film people walking in airports and the sky. THIS video - I felt really gave me a good idea about the seat, food, bed, and overall Upper experience - thanks!

Hey very detailed review. Just wanted to let you know their is no bar on the 330 Neo. All Virgin Atlantic 350 and 330 Neos have a loft area not a bar. So where you saw the fridge filled with drinks and ambient snacks left on the side, that was set up. Also the apple crumble cheese cake is pre plated by the caterers in Miami so it may have been swapped out last minute. If you would like to experience the bar you can find it on all VS 787s and their older 330s. You can always request the cabin crew to make you a drink and you can have it in the loft. Also I feel you didn’t see your cabin crew a lot during the flight because it’s an overnight flight and I’m sure the majority of passengers wanted to sleep so other than their safety and security sweeps they would have either been on break or in the galley to minimise disturbing you and your other passengers. I’m sure if you had used the call bell someone would have arrived and assisted you. 😊

I must say that is a really interesting and great review that was very watchable indeed unless some other nonsense we get from the likes of either Josh Cahill or Sam Chui. I now have someone else to add to my flight reviews alongside Vicarious Voyager! Well done indeed

You should review the South African Airways Inaugural flight from Cape Town to Sau Paulo in their business class product. The flight departs Cape Town on October 31st. South African Airways is always known for having amazing food and very friendly staff. I hope you get to try it!

Pretty decent service. Meals seemed good but as you pointed out, appeared plated "haphazardly" without a standard level of presentation/ingredients. I wonder since this was a "redeye flight" if the bar area is mainly used during daytime flights and minimally serviced at night?

We flew Virgin SEA to LHR on a 787 in UC a few years ago. I felt the service wasn't up to par and the lay flat beds had no padding - it was lying on bare plywood and thus extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep at all during the flight. For what we paid, it was a tremendous disappointment

As said earlier by someone else - there is no bar! Hence you couldn’t find one. Try emirates A380 for that. The so called Loft area on your flight is just a communal/chill out seating space where you can chat with other passengers. If you wanted a drink you just ask the crew and they will fetch anything off the UC menu.

Great video! Were u able to convert your seat into a bed? And was upper class really expensive or did you get a good deal? It always is when i look at rhe prices!

How come whenever they have emenities like in the bathrooms at the airports and or on the planes bathroom's nobody takes them, and they are free to take, like the emenity bag that was in the airport shower 🚿/bathroom he just opens it show's what's in it but then drops it back down (and the toiletries looked good 👍🏼) I don't know just my thoughts

St. louis, had no body to give you anything but rude TSA agents wanting to know, why you there waiting for somebody, coming in from Houston, I was hungry, coming from Ft. Wood. They wouldn't even let me in to the food court, because I did not have a boarding pass!

Great video, crew seemed to lack flair in upper class, if you order your preferred desert you shouldn’t have to remind your crew later on in case she forgets 😂 also ‘the loft’ could be renamed ‘the lost’ on this particular flight

Customer service in American airports leave a lot to be desired. Not many friendly faces or warm greetings from staff.

I loved baked beans but my gut is bad. They'd label me as Osama Shit Laden if I ate those beans up there.

They usually have been out partying so have no interest in their passengers.
