Yea, they typically have something. Last one was a free pair of AirPod Pros and before that it was $200 giftcard.

I am currently on the $25 basic plan. planning to upgrade to the Visible + plan.. If I upgrade my plan, will I get better hotspot experience?

Yes, the hotspot speed is doubled. From 5mbps to 10
