I got my first BL model today thanks to you. I was very Impressed w/my Articulated chair passenger cars w\antenna set. Its not lighted. Its in the SP (Morning Daylight). Now I have got to piece the rest of the train together. Looking forward to that.

Enjoyed seeing where my new locos come from and where the few I had to send back for repair went. Great products from great people.

James, great video. I'm a big fan of Broadway limited. I have five of their diesel ho engines with Paragon 3 sound. Working on buying another. I have their rolling thunder sub woofer unit. Its great.

Ive been to the BLI outlet store. It’s great. Glad you went. I might be back soon. My Paragon 2-8-0 #630 is having wheel troubles. It should be a cheep and quick repair. I hope to be taken behind the scenes like you with permission form Ken.

Great video- I am in O gauge but their products and quality are excellent. I have their thunder and lightening accessory and it is fantastic. They really are creative.

Beautiful Layout.

Best support people in the INDUSTRY. Very fine products as well. The only thing BLI engines couldn't do - stand up to a 70 year old ham fisted molder - ME. But these folks made it all OK again and I'm happily back "driving" my three BLI Locos. (Oh, with Rolling Thunder AND the animated water tower). Thanks for sharing...

I've been dropping by there every year in October. We ride our Harley's to Daytona (5 minutes from Broadway LTD.) from St. Louis every year for Biketoberfest. See you guys in a few weeks.

Hey gang, If you LOOK CLOSELY. About 3/4 through the video you see the BLI test layout. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE is the BLI N Scale PRR T1 4-4-4-4 Duplex Locomotive we've been waiting for since May. I know that because I have one order that was supposed to arrive by my Birthday in early May. Looks like it might finally be here.

Service at Broadway is unparalleled. A lot of HO manufacturers need to take heed and up their game in this department. One that comes to mind begins with an "M" and ends with an "H". I won't even buy their products anymore because of the abysmal, nasty and expensive service department. There may be a "T" contained in the middle of their name as well. Broadway, please continue to lead the way in quality and service, one is as important as the other.

James, I dont want to be a bummer, But.. If their service dept. Is that busy all the time And backed up for limited production trains, Then in reality, How good can they really be?.. I mean hey, their service people admitted it,..maybe not the best thing to say. Ya know...I wonder what their percentage of returns for repairs are?...50%??? I've herd some horror stories about BWL.. I been modeling trains of all scales for 57 years and a retired Forman in a model train manufacturing.. And owned 2 big Broadway steamers. Were very nice...just wondering...You do wonderful videos, keep it up!!.
