Butter Marble Cake | Marble Butter Cake Recipe | Kek Butter Marble
For this Butter Marble Cake Recipe, I used good quality butter as it gives a good taste and flavor for Butter Marble Cake. The butter must be soft enough at room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. I used salted butter for this marble cake recipe, and the cake would not be salty even though I used salted butter as the amount of salt in 250 gm of butter is very less. You may use unsalted butter too. Please watch the video till the end to get the tips and explanation on how to make a marble butter cake.
1 Cup = 250 ml
TSP = Teaspoon
TBSP = Tablespoon
Untuk resepi Kek Butter Marble ini, saya menggunakan mentega yang berkualiti (salted butter) 250 gram, kerana ia memberi rasa yang lebih sedap untuk Kek Butter Marble. Kalau nak ganti marjerin pun ok je..jadilah kek marble. Mentega mesti cukup lembut pada suhu bilik sebelum pukul dengan gula. I like it that they tell you how long to beat, mix, fold, etc. Almost ALL other recipes do not say and only show the 'after' when it is done. Very nicely done!

I have an OTG small one i usually bake with same recipe at lower rod... and 180^degree's ... will it make a difference if i bake at 160^ with both rods i hope it wont burn

Loved making this. The cake was soft and surprisingly not too sweet. It was a hit for me. I did had coffee to the chocolate part of the marble to enhance the chocolate flavor and also zested some mandarin into the sugar as well. All that was missing was a strawberry version to make it Neapolitan. Will try that next time

This cake looks so great! I just baked a marble cake following another KZfaqr's recipe but that was too much hassle having to separate egg yolks and egg whites. It didn't turn out too well. I am going to try your recipe next.

Made half this recipe and it turned out really good and moist! Of course I put more cocoa than stated since mine didn't turn out the same colour. And I baked the cake for like 2 hours but this depends on your oven. I followed another recipe before and that turned out well too but this gave mine a nice smooth top! Will make again :)

Dari banyak resepi yg sudah sy coba dari yt channel lain,,, Baru kali ini resepi yg sy berpuashati . Textur lembut ,manisnya cukup dan hasil lorek nya cantek Disini sy tukar memakai tepung self raising flour, penambahan warna kuning Dan telur 5 biji saiz kecil. Bonjour à vous Cheffe. J'ai réalisé ce matin ce magnifique gâteau, et je dois dire qu'il est merveilleux. Ai suivi à la lettre votre recette, étape par étape, il est vraiment super moelleux. Je n'ai pas monté les blancs en neige, et la cuisson n'a pas été faite au bain marie, ce n'est pas la même texture que le gâteau "zèbre", mais qu'est ce qu'il est bon. Merci beaucoup.
