ONLY someone who has HAD a Vitamix before, would even consider creating a video of them opening the box of a NEW VITAMIX. Ha ha! I was void of my 2nd for 15 years. Just months ago i was able to get another and brother....your videos helped inspire. Like anything in life, it's a habit to use or not use your Vitamix. Let's make 2021, that of more consumption of fruits and veggies. Peace from Wisconsin! 🌱

Miss Amy how do you like your A2500 noise level on high...? I am in the processing of choosing between the 2500 (RECONDITIONED) or a new e310. 90% of my usage would be smoothies (bowls) and hot soups-yes I may use the small jar to make a dip or something but let's be frank any blender can do that. lol

That was a Nice Video Brian. 😀 That's the same one that I chose, S.S. I have already ruined my tamper. 😌 Too much excitement for the perfect blend. lol I probably needed more liquid as well. Instead, I panicked. I grabbed the tamper and swung that lid off. 💪🏽 I started going at that ice in my smoothie like a champ. I finished the blend Brian. Yay! 😀The smoothie was thick. 🧐 However, there were these dark flex chips. Yet, I knew it wasn't the chia seeds. 😳It was the TAMPER! 🤓 Yikes. 🤭 I forgot about that tiny circle in the lid that is intended for its use. Geez... lol I have watched thousands of videos. lol Oh my My Blending Goodness... The pressure of the perfect blend, got me. lol Well, I can say this!! Those blades are Amazing!!!! 😁😄 I'm much better now.

No book? Call them, they will probably send you one. If not, the good news is there are thousands of recipes out there for the Vitamix. Or, build your own recipe by following "the map". Choose a liquid, choose a couple fruits and maybe a veggie, choose a green, add some ice and voila!

Looks alot like our first smoothie! Me and the lady thought the blades was stuck and the machine was broken when the vacuum pocket-thing kept happening.. I'd love for you to do a "Nice Cream" video some day (you know that banana ice cream everyone's doing).

Over the past thirteen years with my recently-deceased VitaMix 5200, I've made a lot of smoothies. A LOT. Like almost one every day. That said, I've never produced or seen something that looks as "interesting" as your creation's first pass. No matter - I've just placed an order for an A3500 to replace my trusted VitaMix. Fingers crossed - I hope my smoothies come out a bit more appetizing. Thanks for the video...

@@tialawson8742 Hi Tia - I sent mine back because the control on mine had an issue. At the same time, they were running a sale on Pro Series 750's - so I "traded down" which saved me a LOT of money. I don't use a VitaMix to its' full capability, but it does everything I need perfectly - I could not be happier!

Wow I just got mine 3 days ago lol a a3500 it scared the shit out of me the first time I used it. It was sooo loud and strong! I ruined salsa too lol so far I’ve only succeeded with the clean cycle and making a milk shake lol I never read instructions lol that’s y I got KZfaq! 😂

I went with the 2300 super bundle at Costco because it came with an extra container and two smoothie cups and a bunch of other stuff it came with like $300 $400 in extras

I just got that same package from Costco lol I somewhat regret not getting one with presets, but the app is awesome. I’m honestly surprised by how good it works.

Noticed the paper towels move when you cranked it up to ten. I used to freak the kids out that way by "magically" moving empty cups across the table as I tried to pour.

got my a3500 yesterday. error codes would not work at all, they are sending a replacement. very disappointed. hope to be up and blending soon.

One huge drawback maybe NOT for you but for me definitely is there is NOT VACUUM SYSTEM. No Vacuum system that's a major disappointment for me but beautiful blender enjoy.

I have looked into this vacuum blending and honestly, it doesn't make any sense to me personally. I guess if you don't plan on drinking the smoothie until later on, sure, but I never make a smoothie in advance. I make it when I'm drinking it.

DO NOT BUY. I just got a brand new A3500 and in two days its stopped blending anything but pure liquid. As soon as I put anything in (simple stuff like some frozen strawberries and bananas) the motor runs its ass off but the blade doesn't spin at all. Its broken internally. This is a crap product marketed to healthy people but with garbage engineering and cheap plastic parts on the inside.

What you may have experienced is a very rare occurrence. If you call Vitamix, they will take care of you. Sometimes it is purely user error, I'm not saying this is the case with you but 98% of the time it is. Call them. They are the best at customer service. I love mine and I and it works flawlessly. If it ever stops working, there is a 10 year warranty.

@@BriansKitchen After 2 days it can no longer crush ice. Not sure how that can be user error. Maybe you think its rare. But it's happened 100% of the time for me. Now I have to waste my time returning it and getting my money back.

Vitamix will replace it for you and yes it sucks because it is a hassle, but I promise you it was a fluke. The next one you get will not give you this issue.

@@BriansKitchen Thanks for the reply. Actually, I just called them and they won't send a replacement. They want me to mail them the base for repair, which can take several weeks. I'd rather get a refund and eat intact frozen blueberries instead of poorly blended ones.
