our budgets are set up the same way as billable hours but we bill the clients a flat rate. So the hours are just to keep track of how long sections take to complete. And who’s doing work and who’s not haha

my CPA study videos is what really grew my channel early on and how I got monetized

Any advice you could offer for one to become monitized would be appreciated. I'm not looking to become rich but would like to have a secondary income. Also I loved your video about online dating. My son is facing the same problems. We are all praying for him to find a Godly wife. Even in the church, there seems to be very little opportunity for him and others to meet young singles. @@diverdean59 aw, your son will find the right woman. Keep praying and encourage him to be patient. I’ve found the best guy ever, since that video and it’s great knowing my prayers and patience paid off! the KZfaq algorithm has changed drastically since the pandemic and I only get about half the income I was used to receiving. But keys to success definitely include uploading regularly and consistently. You get punished when you skip an upload or go a while. Your video isn’t advertised nearly as much in people’s feed. Also the magic 8 minute rule is true. Average viewers don’t watch longer than 8 minutes of any video. So as you grow your channel, keep the videos short. (I fail at this miserably haha). But best of luck to you! Also I’m barely breaking even on my channel nowadays so it’s not a profitable as people may think. With the editing software I use, my nice camera, my nice computer, the copyright free music I pay for.. the costs of maintaining the channel are up there. But it is a really fun hobby!
