Training in Session 10 (Part 3 of 3)
In Session 10, it's all about the game of 8 ball.
I recently join Las Vegas TAP 8 ball league and is trying to learn the game of 8 ball. These 3 part session touches on the 8 ball break, positioning, kick shots, and how the game should be played. Lil Mike was also challenged to a 8 ball cash game half way thru my training and part 3 shows the action.
In this video, part 3 of 3, someone challenges Lil Mike to a cash game in 8 ball half way thru the training session. Lil Mike never turns down action. Watching this match will teach you strategy for your 8 ball game.

Merry Christmas and Happy New years to both of you and your families. I am 73 years old and play 8 ball in a local bar room league. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't teach an old dog new tricks. In the last couple of weeks my game improve first time in a long time. Thank you both and keep making the Training videos.

I would love to see more about banking and kicking that's a big weakness in my game. I play mostly 8 ball so I got a lot out of the strategy and technique. By the way love the music.

Nice upload Ken and props to Z for stepping up. After the first game little Mike played a smart game. Perfect example on how to control the table even when your not shooting your game.👍

Lil Mike employed the rope a dope strategy. Mr. Z got down to the last ball or two and was out of luck in the end game, he should have saw this and played similarly.

Mr.Z was not even on the same ball field with Mike . A lot of his shot selections and hard strokes with the back of the stick elevated, was hard to watch from Z . Mike played excellent dirty pool until the table opened up , then of course it’s game over !

Great videos but have to agree that the music is atrocious. I know it’s time consuming but even if you did a voice over with some commentary, I think that would be very entertaining.

What is the reasoning that the 8 ball gets spotted after going in on the break? Is this per some rules or just their agreed on terms? Thanks.

The guy didn't have his cue so to make it fair, Mike said they will both use my Sneaky Pete cue. That's the one I break with, lol.

Kenny the stategy is not to make the balls if u cant run out at the same time leave yur balls close to the pockets and if possible let him break out the clusters he has to wen he has no shot mike plays smart dont give it away

Oh, I've seen some of his videos. He has alot of good advice. There are a few that goes against what was taught to me by some of the pros.

I know what you're talking about. My phone only records 33 min and 11 sec per video max. It just happened to cut off and restart recording between that shot. Bottom left is what he used. He totally stroked it back there which he did not mean to bring it that far back.

1- hand him the cue instead of laying it on the table. To me it’s disrespectful 2- this ham isn’t even worth a damn. Had a near straight in bank on the 1 with the 8 in the pocket and he tries to cut it across the table...
