VLOG #9 What I eat in a day! On a Carnivore + Keto based diet

Join me on a full day of eating! I typically fast from 8pm - 12pm. This diet currently works for me for the past year but everyone's body responds differently to various foods so try and see what works best for you!
Meal #1
1lb of grass-fed ground beef
4 pasture raised eggs
half an avocado
Meal #2
Protein Smoothie
2 scoops of grass-fed whey protein powder
Almond milk
Frozen berries
Chia Seeds
Almond butter
Cacao powder
Meal #3
Yogurt Bowl w/ @vitamix
Coconut Yogurt
Frozen berries
Honey
Keto Granola
Snacks!

@@shalawndudley2094 Unless adding certain dairy products (and/or honey), main versions of a strict carnivore diet tend to be ketogenic. Though it may be a trendy term to use, the mere presence of plant products makes it different than "carnivore". That said, depending on the quantities, perhaps it may be argued that such an omnivorous diet is "animal-based", as saying that it is "carnivore" would indicate some form of confusion, or the desire to confuse.
