Literally just found your channel about two hours ago and I've been binging it since lol. I really enjoy and appreciate your content. I don’t know if you have already mentioned this in another video, but it would be nice to have a little more information in regards the costs that come with the listings, for example if you have to pay the photographer out of your pocket, the fliers, signs etc. thank you!

I'm currently in the process of getting my real estate license. I was starting to get skeptical wondering if its something I would really like to do. but watching your videos, I love seeing how excited you get and all the work you execute with enthusiasm. a weird note to, but I love how young you are, and I love that you're so laid back with a professional attitude!!! you inspire me because I'm only 22 and I want to work at Keller Williams, and you make it seem even though there's a lot of tedious work, like its a really awesome career choice. really love you for making these videos and showing what its like!!!! you're awesome!

I am in the process of studying for my exam and picking a Brokerage. If I remember from your past videos you chose Keller Williams as your first brokerage. What made you ultimately choose Keller Williams as your Broker? How long did it take you to decide on an initial broker?

Hi Bella! I just applied, took the Code of Ethics class with NAR and payed the dues. My broker did not help me financially with this.

How does compensation work as a realtor? Is there a salary or just commission?

In my brokerage/Florida at least, a real estate agent gets paid commission only. A real estate administrative assistant can get paid a salary though.
