Yasss for the Clearly Filtered water bottle & pitcher! Def a fan of those. I also think I follow the same doc you mentioned--I read Fast Like a Girl recently and really enjoyed it. Hoping your PT continues to go well as you continue on this healing journey. Keep up the good work!

I love the water bottles!! Not buying plastic bottles all the time is the best. And yes that’s the doctor! I really want to read her book.
