I would definitely get some hydrangeas to fill out the space with some flowers. I find that they are structured plants but they also add some softness to a garden. I think white and light green flowers would look best with your color scheme 💚

LOL! Those are EXACTLY the tiles I put in my kitchen as a backsplash for my stove on the walls surrounding it. I got them at Dollar Tree for $1 a tile. I LOVE how they look. I agree, I never did like that color of tile in your kitchen, too over powering. That makes a HUGE difference in the look of your kitchen. MUCH better!!! YES, take us along as you go about your daily life. A more casual video is so much more relatable. When someone tries to make a video too perfect, it doesn't feel "real." I'm addicted to videos of people who share what they do, where they go, whom they meet, where they shop, get groceries, etc.

I really enjoyed today's vlog! I love the variety of information you put into it. I liked your red tile, but I can see it's not your style. I hope you are happy with your replacement. The garden is looking lovely. I spent all day yesterday planting $74 worth of flowers in pots and hanging baskets for my deck. The last thing I needed to do is pressure wash and then organize everything and watch it grow through the summer. I love all the color and different kinds of plants. I like the vlog style very much! You are doing a fine job with the tiles and kitchen redo! My suggestion for the garden would be to add thyme or other types of creeping plants within the crevices in the flooring stones for additional charm and fragrance when walked upon.

Every time you try a different addition to your videos, I enjoy it. I feel you're talking to us. I definitely like your brighter kitchen. I've always preferred a brighter interior, which makes a great backdrop for added colors and decor. You've prompted me to go out and get some boxwood!

They make such nice outdoor fabrics these days, you’ll be able to get functional and fabulous... and maybe two extra cushions so Sophie can have “matching beds”, one in the shade and one in the sun! 😉😊🥰 Helpful hint on the plant pots for your tall bay trees, if you fill the bottom third with bricks or heavy stones it will help out in strong winds as well as allow for drainage. I often add a coffee filter over the drainage hole in the pot to prevent dirt from running all over my patio or deck. I then fill with potting soil and finish with some Sphagnum moss to help keep in hydration and look polished! Vlogs are always my favorite for the fact that they aren’t over produced, more relaxed and intimate and allow a greater connection of the creator to their viewers. However, I still like a beautifully produced video too, as well as a mash up of both... however, you might have to be more conscientious of the transitions in a mash up. You have such an eye for things aesthetically pleasing that you’ll instinctively know what feels right or when the transitions are too abrupt. I think you’ll love the freedom to have so much choice! I’m sorry the tile in the kitchen was so challenging, but whatever pain and anguish it caused, I think it is more than worth it! It looks absolutely magnificent! It’s amazing that a little change made such a huge and wonderful difference! We’ll pretend it is all finished and fabulous! Just a little TV magic until you get everything you require to finish the job! 😉☺️😊 Big pat on the back for tackling all the obstacles and it turning out amazing! Well done! 🥰😍🥰
