Is there an age limit for the teacher applicant of the JET Programme?

I just went back over the email I received, and it does not mention requiring me to send a sample lesson. It is not mentioned under "Documents to Prepare" or "Accessing Your Interview". Does this mean that a sample plan is not required? I am an American ALT applicant. Perhaps American JET interviews are different.

I am just worried that my introduction is too short since I only mentioned my name, age, location, the school I graduated from, and my current job. I think my introduction just took 30 seconds. Afterward, I proceeded to do my demo. Do you think this is okay?

Hi teacher. I am about to prepare for my video demo. However, I am quite confused about some parts of the instruction. Accordingly, we will have to prepare "A short introduction of yourself and the chosen topic must not take more than 2 minutes, while the actual teaching demonstration must not take more than 8 minutes. In total, the video should be at most ten (10) minutes long" Does it mean that the video is separated into two parts and should start with a 2-minute self-intro (as in NOT a hypothetical self-intro in front of the class but rather a self-intro addressed to the "panel)?
