Whenever I make spring rolls I use pretty warm/kinda hot water! It definitely helps the rice paper to not break🫶🏼

Dip the rice paper in water for just a second or so! By the time you add everything in the paper will soften and have the perfect stretch

I watched a video where the person only dipped the rice paper in the water for a few seconds, and the rice paper softened up after it was rolled. :)
