Treat yourself like a child you are looking after...talk to her/him with kindness when things are hard, recognise the negative cognitive biases black or white thinking, and accept everything as you are now...There is no struggle when internal and external experiences align, and that can only happen when you are fused with the present Focus on the sensation of the yarn, the warmth of the tea on your tongue, the wind in your hair No thoughts, emotions or experiences are inherently good or bad...its our mind which assigns the meaning. Dont believe everything you think...the mind is trying to protect you but its not always effective especially if it has never been shown unconditional love and security. We have to break the cycle, and channel the compassion we have for others towards ourselves Pain is inevitable but suffering is not - Buddha

I really enjoyed the watercolor painting in this one! Would looove if you painted or sketched on camera. :) Doesn't have to be fancy. Even what you did here is very meditative and makes for great content.
