Honestly, thank you so much. I’ve been to speech therapy, I’ve been doing the vocal exercises, but I am still constantly using my inhaler everyday and have been for years. I struggle with VCD and asthma, but mainly the VCD. The exercises do work, but only work temporarily. I had never heard of the tongue rolling to the back of the mouth thing. It definitely helped. Almost all my symptoms were gone. I am going to continue doing that Laing with the other exercises daily. Thank you thank you!

So for the tongue roll back exercise, do you do it once or how many times are you suppose to do it for. Can you be more specific as to what exactly you’re supposed to do? Thank you
