Ah - you are doing my favorite version of this incredible, ethereal song. Mark Lowry is the lyricist for this song and Voctave brought him in as the lead singer. He uses the stool because he has MS. He said that these were some of the things he would want to ask Mary about her baby boy. I love this. I was very lucky to hear them at Florida State Univ where they were there for one night back in Jan last year. They are incredible. The fellow on your right is EJ Cardona who has done a couple of songs with VoicePlay - Go the Distance (Hercules) and I Can't Make You Love Me (Bonnie Raitt). EJ's brother is Omar Cardona and he shows up fairly often as a featured vocalist with VoicePlay (love for you to do more of them). I would love to hear Voctave's This is My Wish/Let There Be Peace on Earth. Glad to hear that you are doing well with this! Me? I just turned 73 last week, live on 77 acres of land here in north Florida near Tallahassee. I lost my husband of 48 yrs to colon cancer 7 yrs ago. I am putting in a few hundred daylilies to hybridize new varieties. The ones that are good enough to register will go with me to the cancer center and the patients will name them. I'll give them a couple of starts for their garden or pots. I have a feral colony of cats that I feed, I have so many deer that I have to kick them out of the way (LOL), native turkeys, a couple of bobcats and foxes as well as a bear that comes down to the spring-fed stream at the bottom of the ravine. I'm hoping to start building my house later this year so I get out of the 23 ft camper and have room for everything. I cut gemstones, am looking forward to a high-res 3D printer so I can print out lost wax castings or resin castings and design jewelry. And once upon a time the love of my life and I had a little Cessna 150. We gave that up when mortgages dropped and we had our dream house. Then the Chinese bought his company and laid off the workers so we relocated to here. I love to get another one. All in all, a very good life.

Love this version... absolutely my favorite version of it. Voctave has soooo many good Christmas songs. They are totally masters of harmonies and make you feel all the feels. would love to see you react to Where Are You Christmas? or This is My Wish/Let there be peace on Earth by Voctave. Also any of their Disney medleys never disappoint either (Specifically the Princess medley and the heroes and villians medley to show case all the ladies and men respectively)

Great heartfelt reaction my friend!!!! Voctave has been a favorite of my wife and I for about 10 yrs now and they never disappoint. We are from South Carolina and we love to sit out under our back porch pergola and listen to music, enjoy our pups and bbq. Another great (well all are but) song for christmas is "Where are you Christmas"! Please have a listen as you will not be disappointed!!!

The lead singer, Mark Lowry, he is the one who wrote this song. So far for me, this is the best one for that song. Hard to beat when the man who wrote it is singing it.

Voctave dominates my playlist all through the holidays, and all their other songs are spectacular. Something about a full choir hits different. Their catalog isn't huge because this is something they do on the side - many of them have performing jobs at Disney World theme parks. Pick any of their songs that looks interesting to you!

Great reaction. This by far is my favorite version, who could sing a song better than the writer...so glad they made this because I'm not sure he performs any more he also suffers from chronic illness. Voctave have many Christmas songs to choose from, one of my favorite groups right up there with Voiceplay and Home Free just more choral in their approach. "O Come All Ye Faithful" comes to mind first with a wonderful performance from EJ Cardona that has made a couple of videos with Voiceplay.

Hi Christopher, I love Voctave, they are amazing. You should check out their great “movie medley” it’s quite long (about 7min) but it’s all a cappella and I really think you will love it. It’s mostly movies shown at Christmas, so the perfect time. If you don’t want to show it on the channel, I hope you will have a look at it yourself, it’s great. I’m Elaine from a tiny village called Stapleton in Leicestershire, England. Hubby supports Leicester city football club and I enjoy crafting and seeing my family. We have 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters ranging from two years old to 23 years old. It always seems to be cold and wet here. Everyone about my age and above, remembers that glorious summer of 1976, 47 years ago, we had wonderful sunshine for about 10 weeks….
