If just want to upgrade the led bulb, can use the LAG2 bulb, plug, and play

I did this but was wondering if anyone has removed the VW aluminum emblem that covers the light bulb cause I put LED but it seems to not even give me proper lighting since that blocks most of the light.

"plug and play" my ass. Luckily, this is a one time mod and doesn't require removing headlights everytime bulb needs replacing.

Wicht is the height adjustment screw? The one above moves both lights. I read that the dipped beam its adjusted separately by where the lid is.

kzfaq.info/get/bejne/b5ddp8po283VgHk.html Try to aim your light beam in this way. If you just replace the original halogen to LED bulb, it's not necessary to adjust the height screw.

Led bulbs will damage your oem plastic cover or glass. dont apply this to original headlights

i have installed 2 sets to 2 of my cars (Merc GLK; Scion Xb). Neither of which caused any problems and both have been phenomenal.... just got a golf, and reading up on it....german cars are more finicky

LED bulbs will not damage the lenses at all. In fact they give off less heat than standard halogen bulbs.
